  3. Hi Lee, what a gorgeous colour, can't wait to see what else you add, you always make things so colourful, love them.
I hate when planes go over to low, its scary, makes me think of some of the stories my mother told us about the bombings during the war, it must have been terrifying times...Take care lovely lady.xx

  6. Granny blankets are great stash busters. I've got lots of Stylecraft yarn left over from other projects which are earmarked for something similar. I'm sorry to hear about the hayfever, I can sympathise as I suffered terribly as a child, but I seldom get it these days. Unfortunately, I've passed it on to Daniel though and he gets it really bad.

  7. This blanket is such a pretty shade of blue Lee, crocheting granny blankets is so relaxing too- love the way they grow so quickly- I might add that granny blankets are the limit of my crocheting skills- never learnt to follow a pattern! Yes hayfever is a pain at the moment, I think hubby and I are in a 'who can sneeze the most times and the loudest' contest! Sometimes it's so loud that it makes Marvin jump and start barking!!

  10. Hi Lee, how are you doing? No hayfever here - just another cold. Me and my grandson seem to have been passing it back and forwards since January! I should buy shares in cold and flu caps.
Love this gorgeous crochet. The colour is so pretty. Really liked your stash busting blanket below too.
Who is Basil? I'm guessing a furbaby and not a 6ft bearded yokel ;o)
It must be nice to have him around

  11. Your crochet looks good, such a lovely shade of blue. When my hay fever gets bad, I use tablets (Loratodine non-drowsy) & Beconase nasal spray. All the best x
