I wish Mog would lie on the kitchen floor where it is cool. She still insists on sleeping upstairs (where it is much warmer) on a wool blanket! X
ReplyDeleteYour crochet blanket is coming along nicely Lee, I wish someone would tell our dogs it is hot, hubby took them out at 6 am before it was too hot but then they thought they should be going out again at their normal time!

what lovely colours in your blanket, but it will have been too hot to do much this week, poor doggie, he really would roast out at the beginning at the week as we did lol xx
ReplyDeleteI don't know about you Lee but I felt ever so guilty not taking Tilly for a walk for those two days, but we had electric fans going non-stop for her comfort. Basil looks cool and comfy where he is. Your blanket has lovely colours xx
ReplyDeleteLovely blanket, happy Friday stay cool

I love your colour combos Lee, always so pretty. Basil looks like a sweet doggie, bless the pets, it was hard for them in that heat wasn't it. Hope he is able to enjoy his walks again now.xx
ReplyDeleteThe hot weather was really hard on the dogs wasn't it? Marvin just couldn't understand what was going on- he's a lot happier now that it's cooled down and he can have his normal walks- although he did enjoy the paddling pool!
ReplyDeleteYour blanket is growing nicely, will come in useful when the colder days are here again!
xx
Late again with this Lee, sorry! I'm sure Basil appreciates your thoughtfulness in not making walk on hot concrete, etc. Poor dogs who are made to. Love your crochet blanket, I keep promising to start one after many, many years. Keep cool. x
